Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sinless GG (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the Sinless GG app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Sinless GG you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile photo and a unique account ID, provided by Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication). We never see or store your Google password.

What you create: your gamertag, display name, bio and profile picture; posts, photos, videos, captions, comments, polls and votes; squads you create or join and messages in them; lobby messages; direct messages; tournaments, scores and match reports; market listings; follows, GGs (likes), reports and blocks.

Activity: view counts on posts, notifications, and basic information about how you use features.

Stored on your own device: settings and preferences (for example your feed mode, the categories and creators you engage with so “For You” can show you more of what you like, posts you hid, and saved news). This stays in your browser's local storage on your phone and is not sent to us.

2. How we use it

• To run the app: show your profile and posts, deliver messages and notifications, run squads and tournaments.
• To personalise your feed and news.
• To keep the community safe: review reports, remove harmful content and suspend accounts that break our Terms.
• To show ads and count how many times an ad is seen or tapped (these counts are totals and are not linked to your name).
• To answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. What other people can see

Your display name, gamertag, profile picture, bio, public posts, comments, follower counts and public squad messages can be seen by other users. Messages in private squads can be seen by that squad's members. Direct messages can be seen by you and the person you message. Please don't share anything you want to keep private, such as phone numbers, addresses or passwords.

4. Services we use

We use trusted services to run Sinless GG. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (sign-in, database, notifications): Google Privacy Policy
• Cloudinary (storing and delivering photos and videos): Cloudinary Privacy Policy
• GitHub Pages (hosting the website): GitHub Privacy Statement
• Google Translate (translating the app into your language when you pick one): Google Privacy Policy
• Exchange rates (showing prices in your currency) come from a free public rates service; no personal data is sent.
• News and scores: headlines come from public news feeds (through rss2json) and live scores from ESPN. When you tap a news story you leave Sinless GG and that website's own privacy policy applies.

5. Advertising and cookies

Sinless GG is free because of advertising.

• Sponsored ads from businesses are clearly labelled “Sponsored”. Tapping one takes you to the advertiser's website or WhatsApp, where their own policies apply.
• Google ads. We may use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Sinless GG and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's My Ad Center, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

We also use browser storage (like cookies) to keep you signed in and remember your settings. You can clear it in your browser settings, but parts of the app may stop working until you sign in again.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and content while your account is active. Photos you send in chats disappear after 24 hours, and stories disappear after 24 hours. When you delete a post it is removed from the app. If you ask us to delete your account, see below.

7. Deleting your account and your rights

You can edit your profile at any time in the app. To delete your account, email sinlessggofficial@gmail.com from the email you sign in with. We will delete your profile, posts and personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep something to follow the law or deal with abuse. You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it. If you are in Ghana, you have rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

8. Children

Sinless GG is not for children under 13. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we will delete it.

9. Security

Data is sent over secure HTTPS connections and protected by access rules so users can only change their own content. No online service is 100% secure, so please use a strong Google account password and 2-step verification.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the app grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll tell you in the app.
